LED video wall rental
Bright, seamless LED walls for general sessions, galas, product launches and trade show booths, sized to your room and run by our technicians.
Why planners choose LED
An LED wall is the centerpiece of a modern stage. It stays bright with the room lights up, looks sharp on camera, and can be built wide, tall or in custom shapes.
We size the wall to your room and sight lines, choose the resolution for your viewing distance, and handle the processing, playback and switching so your slides, videos and live camera shots look right on it.
- Stage backdrops for general sessions and keynotes
- Gala and awards dinner screens
- Product launches and reveals
- Trade show booth walls
- Image magnification (IMAG) of speakers on camera
- Sponsor and wayfinding displays
What is included
An LED wall is a system, not a screen. Every rental comes complete.
Sizing and design
We recommend the wall size, shape and resolution from your floor plan and audience.
Delivery and build
Our crew delivers, ground-stacks or rigs the wall as the venue allows, and builds it to plan.
Processing and playback
Video processors, switchers and playback so every source looks right on the wall.
Testing
Every panel is checked and color-matched before your rehearsal.
On-site technician
An operator runs content, cameras and transitions through your program.
Strike
We take it down on the venue's schedule after the event.
Watch a wall go up
Two real builds by our crew: a full ballroom load-in at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach, and a large wall rising panel by panel.
LED walls we have built
Across Miami and Doral, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Naples, and at events nationwide.
Questions planners ask us
LED wall or projection: which is better?
LED walls stay bright and sharp even with room lights up or daylight coming in, need no projection throw distance, and can be built in sizes and shapes screens can't. Projection can cost less for simple meetings in dark rooms. We will recommend what fits your room, audience and budget.
What size LED wall do I need?
It depends on the room, the audience size and how far the back row sits from the stage. Send us the floor plan or room dimensions and the attendance, and we will size the wall and recommend the right resolution (pixel pitch) for the viewing distance.
Do you set up and operate the LED wall?
Yes. Our technicians deliver, build and test the wall, set up the video processing and playback, and stay on site to run content during your program.
Can you use an LED wall for a trade show booth or gala?
Yes. LED walls work as stage backdrops, booth backdrops, gala screens and sponsor displays. We plan the size, mounting and content around how the space is used.
Do you provide LED walls outside Florida?
Yes. We bring LED walls to events nationwide as part of a production with our crew, and rent them across South Florida and Naples.
